Homemade Pea Puree!

Aunt Linda and Nanny gave me a baby steamer/food processor for a shower gift. I was very excited for Wesley to start eating solids so that I could use it. Last weekend, I brought it out to make him some pea puree.

Unfortunately, Wesley does not like peas very much right now. We are hoping that changes soon!

    I can't say I blame Wes much...peas are pretty gross.

    Perhaps mommy will puree some fruit, yams (if you are allowed to eat them yet), or butternut squash...anything tastier than an Exorcist special effect. LoL!

    The machine, however - what an excellent idea! We have a baby shower coming up soon, so my curiosity lends toward one thing - how easy is the machine to clean? (Dishwasher safe?)
