Hot Dog!

One of Wesley's favorite pass times is going to our local mall. He is not really into shopping though. Instead, he likes to visit their play area, which has oversized fiberglass food items. His favorite is the hot dog. In fact, he often requests to go and see the hot dog. Here he is enjoying himself at the mall ~

Aquarium

We took Wesley to the aquarium again this weekend. He had a great time interacting with the marine life!

Bossy!

Wesley has started stringing words together into sentences. Along with that new skill came some bossiness. He seems to think mommy belongs locked in the kitchen:

It's Starting To Get Scary

Wesley's climbing skills and resourcefulness grow by the day. Here he is using a laundry basket to reach sweaters n my closet.




This one is even scarier -- he is standing on his rolling toy to look in the drawer of the sofa table.



I see lots of boo boos in our future.

Hypnotized

We recently bought a portable DVD player for Wesley to keep him entertained during travel and other boring times away from home. We gave it a try with a Barney DVD this weekend in Jim's minivan. He was hypnotized!

Happy day!

Mommy's happy, Wesley's happy, everybody's happy - hopefully this is the start of something good!

The Obsession Continues

Since the water main break in November, Wesley cannot get enough of seeing holes. He even found one in the park. In this case, looking at it was not enough-- he wanted to sit in it!
