Aquarium!!

This weekend we took a family trip to the Aquarium of the Pacific with some friends. The AoP is in Long Beach. Here is a photo of Daddy and Wesley in front of the Long Beach light house:

Wesley's First Pair of Shoes!

Even though he is not walking yet, Grandma insisted that Wesley have his first pair of shoes. I was a bit skeptical at first, but aren't they adorable??

On the move....

Life as we know it is about to change drastically. Wesley is on the verge of crawling. He has been up on all fours, rocking back and forth for awhile.



Just this weekend, he has learned to move across the floor to retrieve a toy.



Before long, he will probably be running!

Sitting up!

Wesley has mastered the skill of sitting up unassisted.

Wesley's First Christmas!

Wesley celebrated his first Christmas in 2009, While he was too young to truly understand what was going on, he seemed to understand presents:



When he realized what was in the packages, he got very serious about opening them:

We are all looking forward to next Christmas, when he really undertands what is going on!

San Antonio, here we come!!

Wesley took his first plane trip in late December. We flew from Los Angeles to San Antonio for Uncle Jay and Aunt Dawn's wedding. Wesley was a real trooper throughout the whole trip -- we were on the road for 6 days! Here is the plane we took:
